A transaction has (or a transaction ID or TXID) is a unique identifier assigned to every transaction on a blockchain that allows anyone to track and verify the specific details of a transaction, such as the the sender, receiver, timestamp, gas information, amount, etc.

The transaction has is computer using a cryptographic hashing algorithm and it is represented as a long string of alphanumeric or hexadecimal characters. The transaction hash is one of the most fundamental parts of the blockchain technology, as it provides the ability to track and verify every transaction on the network (blockchain explorer).
