Make sure Core mobile is installed on iOS or Android, logged in, and unlocked.
Favorited networks will be visible on the main portfolio screen. Click on a network to make it the active network.
Clicking on the network icon in the top right corner displays a list of favorited networks. Clicking on a network will make it active.
