If a developer doesn't see their method displayed in human readable form, they can submit the signature to the 4byte database.
Please note that it takes at least 24 hours for a newly added method to show up on the explorer.
The explorer uses the 4byte signature database to decode the bytes signature and display it in a human readable form.
