A cross-chain transfer involves signing two transactions – an export and import to move AVAX between chains. If the second transaction is not signed, the cross-chain transfer will be incomplete and a remaining UTXO will require importing. At this point, users may not see their balance properly reflected on their Portfolio page. To remedy this, simply use Core web to Import the outstanding UTXO to complete the cross-chain process.
On Web’s Stake and Portfolio page, or on the Core Extension users will see a notification like below for transactions stuck in Atomic Memory.
Clicking the Recover button will prompt users to complete the cross-chain transfer with their connected wallet via Core Web.
