Core extension allows users to sign transactions on a network that is different from the network currently selected (i.e. signing a tx on the Dexalot Subnet when the Avalanche C-Chain is the active network).

This allows users to make swaps across chains and Subnets without having to switch active networks within the Core extension. Users will see the notice below to show which chain the transaction is on.
