Navigate to Core web.
Click on the Settings Cog in the top right.
Users can manage the following features:
Address Book. Please expand the drop down below to see how to manage the address book.
Language. Users can specify Core web's display language with this drop down list.
Currency. Users can specify Core web's display currency with this drop down list.
Testnet Mode. This toggle changes Core web to view mainnet or testnet networks.
Advanced Mode. This allows users to enable UTXO selection in Core web.
Privacy Mode. This hides the name of the connected account.
Participation in Core Analytics. This can be toggled off and on.

Click on the Settings Cog in the top right and select Address Book.
Enter the information for the contact.
Click Save Contact and Approve Core web saving the contact.
