If using a Ledger with the Core browser extension one must approve transactions using the Ledger. If it is not connected, one will receive a prompt to connect to the wallet.

Select the Ledger device to connect to and follow the prompts on the Ledger device to reconnect.

A prompt will show a successful connection with the Ledger.
