If users have a VPN on their device, it may be causing connection issues to Core. Some VPN providers may allocate the same IP address to users which may result in rate limiting.
If users are experiencing connection issues, they can try the following:
Manually adjusting the location the VPN is currently set to.
Disabling the VPN on their device.
